I usually get some cereal for breakfast and eat in the office. I have a few reports to do every morning so I get those in. Then I usually have a few things that come up that need to be taken care of like places for Soldiers to stay, new people coming in or old people going out. I try to go to the gym for about an hour to an hour and a half at 10:30am and then I am back at work by about 12:30 and I bring lunch back with me. The afternoons vary every day for the most part so I never really know what is going to need to be done. I do have reports and paperwork to do that must be done every day and then I may go to the units and visit Soldiers and see how things are going. I go eat dinner at about 5pm and then come back to the office at around 5:30 or 6. I then get my reports ready for the next morning and usually leave the office somewhere around 6:30 to 7:30. I do this pretty much Monday thru Saturday and try to take it easy on Sundays but I usually end up being busier that I would like. Some days may be longer than others but I hardly notice.
